Beer soup

 

LIST OF INGREDIENTS

 


1/2 l malt beer

1/4 l white wine, half-dry

2 egg yolk

3 spoons cream

1 teaspoon butter

3 spoons raisins

2 slices of white bread

1 roll

cinnamon

 

 

ORIGINAL TEXT OF THE RECIPE

 

Take 1 pint of beer, 1/4 pint of wein, give it together in a pan and let it froth while cooking, afterwards give 3 egg yolks on a dish and add some spoons of cream and a little broth from the pan, stir it and give it back to the pan, then roast cutted roll in butter and put it also into the pan and let it broil together, also add some cinnamon and small raisins and some sugar. Then serve it.
