Indian Corn Stew

 

2 spoons of butter

 

2 medium onions, minced

 

1/2 green pepper, minced

 

Put the butter, the onions and the pepper in a pan, let the onion become glassy. After about 5 minutes add the rest.

 

500 g beef hash

 

Fry it till it's ready than add

 

1 can (about 400 g) grain of maize

 

1 can (about 800 g) peeled italian tomatoes

 

2 teaspoons sugar

 

1 teaspoon salt

 

Stew all this on low heat for about 15 minutes and then add

 

2 spoons of flour stirred with 2 spoons of water

 

some sweet cream or condensed milk

 

After about 10 minutes of further cooking the "Original Indian Dish" is ready.
