Wine soup

You take one cup of water and one cup of wine, cuts Frenchbred in as in a soup, rubs lemon on the sugar, adds cinnamon, clove, mace all grated, and cook all together till it gets like a mash, then smeared through a cheesecloth and before serving it cooked together with 6 egg yolk, sugar may be added to taste.
